By accessing our website, requesting quotes, or engaging our services, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service and our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree to these terms, please do not use our services or website.
2. Services Description
Leon Furnitures provides:
- Custom furniture design and manufacturing
- Teak wood fenestration products (doors, windows)
- Industrial furniture solutions
- Installation and maintenance services
- Design consultation services
3. Order Process and Quotes
3.1 Quotations
- All quotes are valid for 30 days unless otherwise specified
- Quotes are based on information provided and site conditions at time of assessment
- Final pricing may vary based on actual requirements and site conditions
- We reserve the right to adjust pricing for changes in material costs or specifications
3.2 Order Confirmation
Orders are confirmed upon receipt of signed agreement and advance payment. Until confirmation, we reserve the right to modify or withdraw any quote.
4. Payment Terms
4.1 Payment Schedule
- 30% advance payment upon order confirmation
- 40% payment upon delivery to site
- 30% final payment upon completion of installation
4.2 Payment Methods
We accept:
- Bank transfers (NEFT/RTGS)
- Company checks
- Online banking payments
4.3 Late Payments
Late payments may incur interest charges of 2% per month. We reserve the right to suspend work or delivery for overdue payments.
5. Delivery and Installation
5.1 Delivery Timeline
Delivery timelines are estimates based on current workload and material availability. We will notify you of any significant delays and work to minimize impact on your project.
5.2 Site Access
Client must provide reasonable site access for delivery and installation. Any delays due to site access issues may result in additional charges.
5.3 Installation
Installation services are included in quoted prices unless specified otherwise. We coordinate with your facilities team to minimize operational disruption.
6. Quality and Warranties
6.1 Quality Standards
All products are manufactured to high-quality standards using premium materials. We conduct quality inspections at multiple stages of production.
6.2 Warranties
- Furniture: 2-year warranty against manufacturing defects
- Teak wood frames: 5-year warranty against structural defects
- Hardware and finishes: 1-year warranty
6.3 Warranty Exclusions
Warranties do not cover damage from misuse, normal wear and tear, environmental conditions beyond specifications, or modifications not performed by us.
7. Customer Responsibilities
- Provide accurate measurements and specifications
- Ensure site readiness for delivery and installation
- Make timely payments according to agreed schedule
- Provide necessary site access and utilities
- Comply with applicable building codes and regulations
- Inspect and approve work upon completion
8. Intellectual Property
Custom designs created by Leon Furnitures remain our intellectual property unless otherwise agreed in writing. Clients receive unlimited usage rights for the specific project but may not reproduce designs for other purposes without permission.
9. Limitation of Liability
Our liability is limited to:
- Repair or replacement of defective products under warranty
- Refund of payments for undelivered services
- Total liability not exceeding the contract value
We are not liable for indirect, consequential, or incidental damages including business interruption or lost profits.
10. Force Majeure
We are not liable for delays or failures to perform due to circumstances beyond our reasonable control, including natural disasters, government actions, material shortages, labor disputes, or other force majeure events.
11. Cancellation and Changes
11.1 Order Changes
Changes to confirmed orders may be possible before manufacturing begins. Changes may affect pricing and delivery timelines. Change requests must be submitted in writing.
11.2 Cancellation
- Orders can be cancelled before manufacturing begins with 10% cancellation fee
- Partial refunds may be available for cancellations after manufacturing starts
- No refunds for custom products once manufacturing is complete

13. Governing Law and Disputes
These terms are governed by Indian law. Any disputes will be resolved through:
- Good faith negotiations
- Mediation if direct negotiation fails
- Arbitration under Indian Arbitration Act
- Courts in our jurisdiction as last resort
14. Changes to Terms
We may update these terms periodically. Material changes will be communicated to existing clients. Continued use of our services constitutes acceptance of updated terms.
